We are happy to exchange, refund or provide a store credit within 14 days of you receiving any items in the range which are not just right for any reason so long as they meet our return conditions below. As we are a small business, unfortunately we are unable to offer free return shipping. Any exchanges/returns, return postage is to be paid for by the customer and is not refundable. We recommend insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels.

Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive & process your return. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the items as quickly as possible.

Returns Conditions

All other items must follow the following returns conditions to be eligible:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have all tags still attached (if applicable).
  • Items must not have any dirty marks, make-up or fake tan marks.
  • Items must not smell of perfume, deodorant or cosmetics.

Faulty or Damage Items

Please notify us as soon as possible is an item arrives faulty or damaged on receipt. Please provide details including photos by emailing us at

All items shipped out are quality checked and packaged to ensure we minimise any damage through transportation. Where possible we will replace the damaged or faulty item, if the product is out of stock or unavailable we will endeavour to provide you with an alternative product of choice or refund.
