Domestic Delivery

We offer free domestic delivery if you spend $100 or more with us in one transaction. Otherwise shipping is a flat $10 for standard and $15 for express.

Domestic Standard Delivery

All items are shipped from Sydney, Australia and are shipped with 'Signature Required'. This means that if you are not there to sign for your order, or have instructed 'Authority to Leave', your order will be redirected to your nearest Post Office or collection point for collection.

Our delivery times are still uncertain due to Covid-19 restrictions, however, most of our delivers to capital cities are 2 - 7 business days, regional centres are 4 - 10 business days and rural locations are 5 - 14 business days. Note that unfortunately, at this time, we can not guarantee these timeframes.

Domestic Express Delivery

We offer Express Delivery in partnership with Australia Post.

Although we would love to guarantee delivery time, we are still subject to Covid-19 restrictions & possible Australia Post delays. Please click here for more information on Australia Post's Express Delivery times.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery in partnership with Australia Post at a set $35 rate

Due to the new COVID-19 restrictions in Australia our warehouse may experience delays and delivery may take longer than usual. Please check your tracking number to receive the most updated information on the progress of your parcel.

Deliveries to countries outside Australia may incur customs or import taxes. These charges vary depending on the country the items are being shipped to and are to be paid separately by the customer. 

Order Delivery & Tracking

Your Order is shipped with Australia Post or one of our delivery partners. We will email you the tracking code when the order is processed so you can track where it is. Tracking data will not update until some hours after purchase, so don’t be concerned if your tracking link doesn’t work right away.

The delivery times provided by us and our partners are estimates only.

We are not responsible for any late deliveries or loss or damage due to error from our delivery partners or customer entered information. However, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you in tracking down your parcel should you not receive it within the estimated time.

Please contact us immediately via hello@gaelie.com. We do our best to amend this before your order is dispatched, but we can not guarantee this will always be possible.

Address confirmation is normally provided at Checkout, so please take a moment to check that it's correct. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details however we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

If your Order has been processed and on it's way to you, unfortunately we cannot update your details.
